Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking services with G3 Chiro.

Interpretation and Definitions

Capitalized words below have the meanings defined here, whether used in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Company ("the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") refers to G3 Chiro ["HUA CHIROPRACTIC CORPORATION"], located at 4121 Westerly Pl. #115, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
• Service refers to the G3 Chiro website (https://g3chiro.com), online booking (g3.janeapp.com) and payment tools, and related content.
• You means the individual accessing the Service, or the patient, guardian, or entity on whose behalf someone is accessing the Service.
• Device means any device used to access the Service, computer, phone, or tablet.
• Appointment means any chiropractic consultation, evaluation, or treatment session booked through the Service.
• Third-Party Service means any payment processor, booking platform, or other service integrated into or linked from the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service and form the agreement between you and the Company. By accessing the Service, booking an appointment, or making a payment through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or are the parent/legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor patient.

Your use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information in accordance with the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and, as a California-licensed health care provider, California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).

These Terms and Conditions cover the website and booking/payment tools only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied on as, informed consent to chiropractic care. Informed consent for treatment is handled separately, in person, before any care is provided.

Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

• Booking. Appointments may be requested through our online booking tool, by phone, or by email. A booking request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our office.
• Payment. G3 Chiro operates on a cash-based (self-pay) model. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where online payment is offered, payments are processed through a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
• Pricing. Fees are as listed on our website or as quoted directly by our office, and are subject to change with notice.
• Cancellations / No-Shows. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee equivalent to the cost of the missed session, as disclosed to you at the time of booking.
• Refunds. Refunds for prepaid packages are handled on a case-by-case basis; unused sessions may or may not be refundable.

Our Service may link to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by G3 Chiro, including payment processors and scheduling platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before using it.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service, including online booking, at our discretion, for example, in cases of repeated no-shows, abusive conduct, or misuse of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G3 Chiro's total liability arising from your use of the Service (as distinct from clinical care, which is governed separately by your informed consent and care agreement) is limited to the amount you paid through the Service, or $100 if no payment was made. G3 Chiro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or booking tools, including interruptions, data loss, or errors in scheduling, to the extent permitted by California law. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under California consumer protection law, or under any separate informed consent and care agreement you sign in connection with treatment.

"As Is" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the website or booking tools will be error-free or uninterrupted. This disclaimer applies to the website and booking Service only, it does not describe or limit the scope of chiropractic care itself, which is addressed in our in-office informed consent materials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, please contact our office first so we can try to resolve it informally.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible. Our failure to enforce a provision at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
